Bike Carrier

Any body have a bike carrier they no longer use? To fit a VW hatchback. Or can anyone recommend one?

I have a great one that will fits your car and take 3 bikes.
I don't want to sell it but you are more than welcome to borrow it for a time if that helps mate

That's very generous Ian, thank you. I will need to buy one anyway, as I think I will be using it alot this season to travel aboot the country.

What make is you carrier? I really dont know anything about them and have never used one.

It's a Halfords one, bought second hand for £30 but £100 new.

Nick, would you consider a swap for the wheel with the broken spoke? You could try out my bike carrier to see if it will fit your car before you commit to anything.

Yes I would consider that. Would it fit a VW Polo?

The description says 'Fully adjustable to fit most vehicles - saloons, estates, hatchbacks, 4x4s, vans etc.', but I guess the only way to know is to try it.
